Our corporate office in Marietta is looking for a new team member to fill the position of Administrative Associate for the Marketing Department

The right person for this position must be professional, flexible, well organized, detail oriented and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting others in a fast paced environment. They must have excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative and follow through on projects. This is a supportive role, requiring an organized multitasker who excels in customer and team support and truly enjoys working with people.
Reflects the Northwest Way. Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create “Customers for Life.” Strong attention to detail, strong writing and proofreading skills and ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Conceptual, organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) Experience in web content and database management. Must be team player, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Candidate must have a positive, can-do attitude, a team focus and impeccable customer service skills. Experience in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can easily bounce between tasks and refocus quickly and efficiently. Be able to pass a background check including drug screen. High school diploma required. Associates degree or two years of post-high school preferred.
